Norcross, GA –The GALEO Impact Fund proudly endorses State Senator Jason Esteves’ trailblazing candidacy for Governor of Georgia.

Georgia State Senator Esteves has consistently demonstrated his commitment to expanding economic opportunities for all Georgians. From his time on the Atlanta Board of Education to his service in the State Senate, Esteves has been a bold and principled leader—championing public education, fighting for access to affordable healthcare and housing, and advocating for the needs of working Georgians.

“Jason represents the future of competent leadership in Georgia,” said Oscar Lanza Menjivar and Wendy Davis, GALEO Impact Fund Board Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively. “As a proud Afro-Latino, accomplished business owner, and dedicated public servant, he brings the lived experience and vision needed to lead our diverse and dynamic state forward. We are proud to stand with him in this historic campaign and are confident that Jason will make meaningful progress in furthering the quality of life for our Latino families and all Georgians.”

As a former board member, Senator Esteves’ values align closely with the GALEO Impact Fund’s mission of expanding Latino political power in Georgia so that the American Dream remains within reach for our working families. His candidacy offers an opportunity to build a Georgia that is truly accountable to and works in the best interests of the people– especially those Georgians who are too often left behind.

The GALEO Impact Fund is committed to engaging Georgia’s growing Latino electorate and mobilizing voters to support high-quality candidates like Jason Esteves, who will work to ensure that all voices are heard and represented in our state government.
