This is an urgent call to action: Stand with us in defending religious freedom and racial equality in Georgia! Right now, dangerous bills like SB 36 and SB 21 are threatening to roll back protections for vulnerable communities, enabling discrimination and undermining local control. These measures don’t protect—they harm. We cannot sit by while our values of justice and inclusivity are under attack.
Together, we can make a difference—but we need your voice today. Will you stand with us?

SB 36 (Religious Freedom Restoration Act ) is a dangerous bill that could be used to justify discrimination against LGBTQ+ people, women, Black and Brown Georgians, and other vulnerable community members. It threatens local protections, invites lawsuits against the state, and opens the door for extremist policies that restrict our rights and control educational materials.
Despite promises that RFRA (Religious Freedom Restoration Act ) wouldn’t be used to preempt non-discrimination protections, lawmakers rejected amendments that would have guaranteed those protections. This bill is nothing more than a license to discriminate.
The House Judiciary Committee could move fast to pass this bill. We must act now.

“As a Gwinnett County resident, I support the Non-Discrimination Ordinance that passed last year. Now that RFRA has been exposed as a bill intended to create a license to discriminate, vote NO on SB 36.” |
SB 36 is a License to Discriminate – Fight Back Today!
This dangerous bill threatens LGBTQ+ rights, women, and communities of color. Don’t let Georgia take a step backward—stand with us to stop SB 36 now!

On February 13th, 2025, the Georgia State Senate passed SB 21, a dangerous bill that forces local governments to act as immigration enforcers or face lawsuits. This undermines public safety, erodes trust with immigrant communities, and threatens job security for local employees. SB 21 encourages racial profiling, discourages crime reporting, and risks labor shortages that could harm Georgia’s economy. Local governments should focus on protecting their communities, not enforcing federal mandates.
Stand with us to stop SB 21 and protect Georgia’s values of safety, inclusivity, and fairness. Act now—our communities depend on it!
