2023 SUMMER INTERN
Juan Rayo Romero is our Summer 2023 Policy Intern for GALEO Impact Fund.
Born and raised in Nicaragua, Juan has devoted his time to advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, human rights, and democracy.
One of his biggest accomplishments is from his time promoting English language to Nicaraguan youth while volunteering with the Nicaraguan American Cultural Center.
He is a hard worker and perseveres in the face of adversity.
He enjoys walking around the city, taking pictures, and watching tv. His greatest hope for the future is world peace.
